The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:
Town of Normal – Supply Procurement 2023-2024
Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Town of Normal-Supply Procurement 2023-2024” with the time and date, which will be March 2, 2023 at 10:30 am prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall. Any questions regarding this bid should be asked before February 23, 2023, at 12:00 pm. These questions will be answered via addendum as soon as possible. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions.
State statues and local ordinances require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website,

on February 16, 2023. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
