Request for Qualifications:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Innovation and Technology Professional Services

Responses must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope on or before November 10, 2023 at 3:00 pm prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761. Submitters must submit one paper copy of the response along with electronic copies in Adobe PDF format via online Laserfiche Form at https://forms.normal.org/Forms/INT_RFQ . All hard copies must be clearly marked “Innovation and Technology Professional Services” along with the Submitter’s name and date.

Any questions about this Proposal must be in writing and addressed to the following, beginning October 20, 2023 and continuing through October 31, 2023.

The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all responses received. Further, the Town has the right to waive any informality or technically in responses received when in the Town’s best interest.
