The Town of Normal will receive sealed bids for the following:

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Parks & Recreation Portable Toilets Rental” with the time and date of the opening, which will be Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.

This project description is for the rental of portable toilets and handwashing units for parks, facilities, and special events.

A copy of Bid Documents and any additional documents may be found at the Town of Normal website at www.normalil.gov. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
