REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP):

The Town of Normal will receive proposal for:

2023 Youth Wellness Initiative

The Town of Normal seeks proposals for the creation of a youth fitness program in conjunction and cooperation with the Town of Normal Police Department. The selected vendor would provide facilities and programed fitness instruction for up to 100 youth, ages 13-17.

Proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk by 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Friday, May 5, 2023 in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2023 Youth Wellness Initiative” at the following location:

Request for Proposal documents are available at www.normalil.gov . The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.

The Town will evaluate submitted proposals based on their responsiveness to the terms, conditions, and time frames set forth in the RFP. The successful Vendor will be chosen based on the Town’s determination that the proposal can provide the best professional, safe, prompt, affordable, and thorough services to the Town and its citizens.
