Request for Proposals:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

“Route 66 Level 3 Electric Vehicle Charging Project”

Proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL, 61761, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Route 66 Level 3 Electric Vehicle Charging Project" with the time and date of the proposal deadline, which will be January 19, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. prevailing time. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a mandatory pre-proposal conference to be held on January 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the project site, Sprague’s Super Service Station, 305 E. Pine Street, Normal, IL, 61761. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Request for Proposal documents may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761, or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normal.org on January 4, 2024. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive any formalities in the solicitation procedures. The contract award decision will be final.
