BID CALL:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed bids for the following:

Ironwood Park Tennis and Pickleball Court Resurfacing Project

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked Ironwood Park Tennis and Pickleball Court Resurfacing Project with the time and date of the opening, which will be Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.

This Bid invites responses from certified, qualified, experienced design-build professional site-work contractors to assist the Town of Normal Parks & Recreation Department with the resurfacing of the tennis and pickleball courts at Ironwood Park. This is a prevailing wage project.

Bid Documents may be found on the Town of Normal website at www.normal.org or from the office of the Town Clerk. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
