REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP):

The Town of Normal will receive proposals for:

Food/Concession Licensee- Uptown Station

The Town of Normal is accepting proposals from qualified businesses to license space in Uptown Station for a business-type complementary to the adjoining first-floor transportation area.

Any questions regarding this RFP must be received by Friday, January 10, 2023, at 5 p.m. prevailing time. Town responses to all such questions will be addressed via addenda.

Proposals must submit two: one bound copy and one electronic copy to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Food/Concession Licensee-Uptown South” on, or before Friday, January 20, 2023, at 11 a.m. prevailing time.

The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any and all statements received. Further, the Town has the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the Town’s best interest.
