General Project Description:
The Normal Parks and Recreation Department is accepting bids for 2023-2024 program staff and participant apparel screen printing and embroidery. The specifications, sizes, quantities, colors, graphics for the orders are in the appendix. There is also information regarding artwork needs. Bids should include your re-order procedures and costs, the individual unit price for each item, shipping and handling charges, artwork design charges, total for each line item and an overall total for the entire order.
Apparel items must be neatly folded and delivered in labeled boxes sorted by order number with size and quantity of items on the box/packing slip and shipped/delivered to the Normal Parks and Recreation Department - 100 E. Phoenix Avenue, Normal, IL 61761.
Delivery deadlines are included in the bid specifications.
The Contractor(s) selected will also be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules,
regulations and executive orders, including but not limited to those pertaining to equal employment opportunity.
Sizes throughout the bid specifications will be as follows:
2-4: Youth X-Small / 6-8: Youth Small / 10-12: Youth Medium / 14-16: Youth Large / 31-33: X-Small
34-36: Small / 38-40: Medium / 42-44: Large / 46-48: X-Large / 50-52: 2X-Large / 53-55: 3X-Large

The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
