BID CALL:
The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:
Building Envelope Repair and Maintenance
Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Building Envelope Repair and Maintenance" with the time and date of the opening, which will be October 20, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, convening on the second floor at 11 Uptown Circle Normal, IL 61761. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on September 29, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. beginning at 305 E. Pine St, thence proceeding to 1301 S. Fell Avenue and 202 W. College Avenue. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.
State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website,

on September 22, 2022. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
Per Addendum No. 1, the Bid Opening time has changed from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm on October 20, 2022.
