General Project Description: The Town of Normal (“Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors (“Contractor”) to perform concrete pavement joint or crack routing/saw cutting and filling on Beech Street from Locust Street to Basswood Lane in Normal, IL. Approximately 43,700 LF of JOINT OR CRACK ROUTING and 13,540 LB of JOINT OR CRACK FILLING is proposed.
