ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR

INDOOR RECREATION SPACE NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Proposals to furnish the Naperville Park District's Indoor Recreation Space Needs Assessment will be accepted at the Naperville Park District Administration Building, 320 West Jackson Avenue, Naperville, Illinois 60540, until noon on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Proposals are also requested to be submitted to Eric Shutes, Director of Planning, by email at eshutes@napervilleparks.org until noon on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

Request for Proposals (RFP) packets may be obtained upon request. Request for digital RFP packets must be submitted to Lois Szalinski, Administrative Assistant, by email at lszalinski@napervilleparks.org . All necessary RFP documents will be emailed at no cost. Hard copies are not available.

The Naperville Park District seeks qualified firms to assist in formulating an Indoor Recreation Space Needs Assessment for guiding the direction of the District's current and future indoor recreation spaces.

The scope of services consists of the following key phases: Introduction & Kick-Off, Data Inventory & Analysis, Identification of Gaps & Inefficiencies, Indoor Space Recommendations, Community Input, Draft Indoor Recreation Space Needs Assessment, and Final Deliverable.

All questions concerning this project should be directed to Eric Shutes, Director of Planning, in writing to eshutes@napervilleparks.org . Questions will be received in writing only until noon on Monday, October 30, 2023.

Award of Contract
It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in January 2024. The Naperville Park District reserves the right to cancel this request at any time, to elect not to award the work listed, to award a portion of the work listed, to reject any or all of the responses, and to waive any informality or irregularity in any response received. The District shall be the sole judge of the merits of the proposals received.
