Request for Proposal: Printing and mailing of two seasonal Activity Guides, Spring/Summer 2023 and Fall/Winter 2023-24

The City of Moline will receive sealed proposals for the printing and mailing of two seasonal brochures: Spring/Summer 2023 and Fall/Winter 23-24.

Proposals may be hand carried or mailed and will be received at the City of Moline – Municipal Services Building, 3635 Fourth Avenue, Moline, IL 61265, until 10:00AM on November 18, 2022.

Specifications and Proposal Documents may be obtained from the City of Moline – Municipal Services Building, 3635 Fourth Avenue, Moline, Illinois or online .

The City of Moline reserves the right to accept or reject any or all portions of proposals and to waive formalities as its best interest may require.
