Request for Proposal for Snow/Ice Removal Services for
the City of Moline Public Works Department
The City of Moline Public Works Department is requesting proposals for a contractor to provide all necessary work, labor, services, operators, transportation, equipment, materials, apparatus, machinery, tools, fuels gas, electric, water, waste disposal and other means and items necessary to complete snow and ice removal and related chemical treatment services of city-owned parking lots and properties in the City of Moline.
