Request for Proposal for Waste Removal Project for
the City of Moline Public Works Department
The City of Moline Public Works Department is requesting proposals for a contractor to provide all necessary work, labor, services, transportation, equipment, materials, apparatus, machinery, tools, waste disposal and other means and items necessary to remove waste and debris from two locations, per the attached specifications. The intent is to remove waste and debris from the BUILDING INTERIORS ONLY, INCLUDING THE MAIN FLOOR, UPPER FLOOR(S) AND ALL STAIRWELLS ONLY, NOT THE BASEMENT at recently acquired properties in Moline to prepare for possible redevelopment of the buildings
