The purpose of this Request for Statements of Qualifications is to solicit SOQ’s from qualified design firms for the City of Moline, Illinois to perform engineering services for the development of plans and specifications for the construction a full concrete deck replacement and installation of a new pedestrian let-down structure on the 16 ^th Street viaduct connecting downtown Moline to the Rock Island Arsenal. The City invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for consideration. Responding firms may be selected for interviews and will be evaluated without discrimination and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws based on the evaluative criteria set forth herein.There will be no public opening or reading of responses. Fees will not be a consideration in the evaluation process.

Submittals will be received by EMAIL ONLY. Submittals are due by 12:00 Noon on Friday, January 20 ^th , 2023. Responses received after that date and time will not be considered.
