This Bid is for the purpose of establishing a contract with a qualified firm to provide Zebra printers and accessories for the Lake County Sheriff’s Office squad cars and various stations. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office has a total of one hundred and sixty (160) squad cars and stations that will need Zebra printers and accessories.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office will be responsible solely for ordering and paying for our own equipment and accessories. All other agencies that participate will do so pursuant to Section 18 – Joint Purchasing and are responsible for their own ordering and payment of equipment and/or accessories.

A breakdown of the other agencies interested in participating through Joint Purchasing is listed in the Description of the Specifications section with their estimated quantities. Lake County cannot guarantee any specific amount for participating agencies, or for the timing of the orders placed, and shall not be held responsible for any deviation.

Over the term of the contract, Lake County and participating agencies may purchase replacement printers and parts. In addition, the agreement will be in place for additional agencies to participated through joint purchasing provision pursuant to Section 18.
