It is the intent of Lake County to establish a source of supply for the purchase of lubricants required for use by the Lake County Division of Transportation. Since every Lake County Division of Transportation vehicle is critical to public safety, i.e. police, winter plowing operations, and street/utility repair, etc., it is imperative that the awarded vendor demonstrate the ability to deliver prompt response, based on mutually agreed response times, and good quality products, in accordance with the specifications herein. This project is funded by the Lake County Division of Transportation.
