It is the intent of Lake County, to enter into a contract with qualifies vendor to provide specialty paper and padding supplies for Lake County. Paper products shall be used in high-speed laser printers, high speed copiers and digital product printers at various facilities. For white paper, it has been identified in groups as either manufactured as virgin grade or 30% post consumers recycled. It is the intent to review the bids for both types of paper and award the product that offers the most value for both the virgin and recycled content paper.
