The scope of the service is weekly removal of waste and maintaining all aspects of the septic system for our Mobile Trailer at 1400 West Maple, New Lenox, IL. There are (2) 250 gallon tanks on site. The term of the contract will be three years and will be bid as a per month cost.

Included in the quote is:

1. Fresh water shall contain non-potable saline solution water to assist in anti-freezing issues.
2. Minimal connectivity to include the connections from the trailer to the tanks.
3. A once-per-seven-days pumping of the waste holding tank and recharging of fresh water tank.
