The Illinois State Police is seeking a vendor to supply Plastic Evidence Bags for the agency to purchase ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS over the course of five (5) years that meet the requirements in the specifications listed in the attachments and photos attached. SEE THE PHOTOS IN THE ATTACHMENTS AS REFERENCE.
THE QUANTITIES LISTED BELOW ARE ESTIMATES ONLY FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES AND ARE NOT A QUARANTEE FOR MINIMAL PURCHASE ORDER. All quoted prices must be valid through the entire five years. Furthermore, all prices must include shipping and handling charges.The bags must be delivered within 45 days after each indiviual purchase order. No price increase will be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject all offers or to rejectindividual offers for failure to meet any requirement. Winning vendor will be selected based on low quote total.
Orders must be received within 45 days after receipt of each purchase order. Vendor must agree to a partial shipment in case of a delay on the total order. All deliveries must be received at the IL State Police Central Headquarters, located at 801 S. 7th St. ATTN:Statewide Evidence Vault/DFS, Springfield Illinois 62703. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm; No Holiday Deliveries. The agency has the right to request sample bags prior to bid award.
SEE PHOTOS--Attached are pictures of a current bag (front and back). The agency requests the bags without a perforated, tear-off receipt. The bags should have a 1.25 inch lip. The bags should be 3 mil thick and have a lip without a perforated, tear-off receipt. Please provide sample image of your offered product.
