Bidder shall provide a list of the vehicles that it is bidding (Hybrid, Flex Fuel, or Gasoline) by completing the attached spreadsheet and attaching it to their bid in BidBuy. The spreadsheet has separate sections for Bidders to enter the information for vehicles that they are bidding, whether in the Bidder's current stock or if the vehicles will be ordered /// 2. On Line Item 2, Quantity Field - Bidders shall enter "1" (one) /// 3. On Line Item 2, Unit Cost Field - Bidders shall enter the total amount bid for all vehicles that it is bidding from the completed spreadsheet, whether in Bidder's current stock or if the vehicle will be ordered. For example, if the Bidder is bidding three (3) vehicles that it has in its current inventory, and nine (9) vehicles that it will order, they will enter the total cost they are bidding by adding the cost for each of the twelve (12) vehicles together and entering the total cost in the Unit Cost Field (the spreadsheet will provide a total of all vehicles listed on it) /// 4. Bidders are NOT required to bid both vehicles. The overall low bidder will be determined by dividing the total amount bid by the total number vehicles bid on the spreadsheet /// 5.
