DCFS seeks to purchase UP TO two (2) 7-passenger vans, in any combination of Hybrid, Flex Fuel, or Gasoline engine /// DCFS may purchase new and unused previous model years vehicles (2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023) with full manufacturer warranty, referenced as leftovers /// All vehicles bid must be delivered within 30 days of contract execution /////////////////////////////////////////////// ***HOW TO BID*** /////////////////////////////////////////////// 1. On each Line Item below, Bidders shall enter the quantity of each type of vehicle meeting or exceeding the specifications for the Line Item in the ALTERNATE DESCRIPTION FIELD /// 2. Quantity Field - Bidders shall enter "1" (one) /// 3. Unit Cost Field - Bidders shall enter the total amount bid for all of the vehicles that it is bidding for the Line Item, for example, if the Bidder is able to bid three (3) vehicles for that Line Item, they will enter the total cost they are bidding by adding the cost for each of the three vehicles together and entering the total cost in the Unit Cost Field /// 4.
