This is a Sole Economically Feasible Source. Per SSJF "Other- Discounted price provided is only available from the vendor due to previous lease agreement." IDOT has been leasing 20 HP XL-5100 Plotter/Scanners for the last 5 years(19-494DOT-FINAD-B-2757). IDOT needs to purchase 13 of the 20 (7 will be returned to vendor). The price to purchase is only valid for limited time and cost to remove equipment and buy new is exponentially greater. Please see attachments for equipment listing and quote. This sole source is not subject to BEP.
