Tank shall meet all applicable Office of State Fire Marshall codes and regulations and any other applicable regulations. Vendor should provide product literature with the quote. Shipping costs to be included with bid. Product must be new, unused and free from defects. Shipping F.O.B. Destination. Please refer to attached bid specifications for additional information.
