Remove and dispose of approximately 12,000 square feet of existing gym carpet flooring; remove and dispose of vinyl base trim; prep slab according to manufacture specifications for new flooring; install new Gerflor Taraflex Sport M Plus flooring or equivalent; flooring must meet or exceed ASTM F2772 Standards; manufacturer recommended full spread adhesive; standard basketball court design to be applied with manufacturer approved system; replace 4 inch vinyl wall base with approved manufacturer adhesive; vinyl wall base must meet or exceed ASTM F2772 Standards.
