Item Information

Item # 1:

The Illinois School for the Deaf, located in Jacksonville, Illinois, requires a vendor to replace two (2) projectors in their gymnasium. The current projector models are Hitachi CP-X809, and the agency wishes to replace them with new models that meet or exceed the specifications of the Hitachi models. Vendors must provide all equipment and labor necessary to install the new projectors, calibrate them on-site with existing screens, and provide one (1) in-service training upon completion of the installation.

This contract will be for the purchase of the projectors (and any cables, lenses, etc. needed for operation) and installation services only. It does not include future service calls except for those that may be covered by a warranty.

Vendor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and bid on both items to be eligible for award. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work for more information.

Total labor cost for the installation of two (2) projectors in the Marshall Gymnasium at the Illinois School for the Deaf. Vendor must attach a sheet showing a breakdown of anticipated hours to complete the project and the labor rate per hour. (All work will be performed between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday - Friday.)
Vendor should enter the total amount of labor for the installation, calibration, and in-service training for Bidbuy Line Item #3.
