7 oz Ticking, Fire Retardant, Cotton; 44 in width, must meet or exceed Federal Spec CCC-C-436E for Type II, Class 2. Grade shall be first quality in every aspect. Material must be 100% Cotton, free from waste. Color White and Dark Blue Stripes, ACA type, Style A. Dark Blue Stripes must be woven into fabric and not printed. Weave must be 4 harness warp twill. 3/1 shall be hair free and feather free. Finish: White yarns shall be fully bleached. No bleeding permitted. Must be color fast to water. Weight: 7 oz / square yard +/- .08 percent; test certified with shipment. Length of cut must be 60 to 120 yards and must have a factory finished edge. A certified government lab report meeting all required specs must be submitted with shipment.
