The Illinois State Police (ISP) Morton Forensic Science Laboratory has a need for the procurement of labor and materials for the relocation and re-installation of a Bench-Top Fume Hood. The Bench-Top Fume Hood must be relocated to an adjacent room (fume hood will be re-installed on the opposite side of the same wall where it is currently installed), and ten properly installed. Proper installation includes the provision of all labor and materials to install all necessary electrical, water piping, drain piping, and exhaust ductwork. Installation is not complete until proof of operation, testing, and air-balancing of Bench-Top Fume Hood in the new location is complete. All drywall holes must be patched and any electrical, water piping, and drain piping must be properly capped in the original location of the Bench-Top Fume Hood.
All quotes must be valid through June 30, 2024. No price increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to receive the lowest price. ISP reserves the right to reject all offers or to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement. Winning vendor will be selected based on lowest quote total. All work will be completed at the ISP Morton Forensic Science Laboratory, located at 1810 South Main Street, Morton Illinois. A mandatory site visit will be available for vendors on Wednesday March 13, 2024 at 10 am at the Morton Forensic Laboratory 1810 S Main St, Morton IL 61550.
