Contractor is responsible for grant management and the execution of the grant activities. This includes oversight of subgrants, program activities, and process measure collection. Contractor is also responsible to assist with education, training, and technical assistance on the FLEX program including assisting rural hospitals interested in becoming a critical access hospital (CAH) and completing required IDPH and federal reports. Contractor is responsible for completion of required quality improvement activities, CAH peer group meetings, and educational and special activities identified in the Illinois FLEX program Notice of Funding Opportunity.
