On-site Shredding Destruction of Paper Documents. Service Location, IL Dept of Revenue, Willard Ice Building at 101 West Jefferson Street Springfield, IL. Revenue needs to destroy large volumes of paper documents that could contain confidential information. The documents are required to be destroyed in compliance under the Federal IRS 1075 Publication requirements. See Attached IRS Exhibit 7 for Vendor's handling of such documents. Revenue will provide the vendor document filled 95-gallon shred container bins, each weighing approximately 350 pounds each. Vendor to quote the price per container to be destroyed per visit for the first 1 to 10 cans to be shred. Vendor price per container required to include all vender expenses - shredding and disposal of container contents, travel expense, onsite technician and truck time, any surcharges, disposal fees, admin fees. Vendor invoicing to be on a per onsite visit basis. Vender is REQUIRED to be NAID Certified and able to show proof of certification. Contract Term is July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
