Real Estate Consultant Services - Pricing must be submitted as fee per rentable square foot of space with an estimate of 75,000 square feet. The not-to-exceed amount of the resulting contract will be calculated as the fee per rentable square feet of space X 75,000. This overall not-to-exceed amount must include any and all services identified in the attached RFP. Please see Section E.1.1 and E.1.2 for further instructions on how to properly submit pricing.
