ILSOS is seeking soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a contract with a Contractor to place Self-Service Kiosks in various locations throughout the State of Illinois to perform various customer transactions. The Contractor will be responsible for developing, installing, operating, and maintaining the network of kiosks. This will be self-funded project by a per transaction fee passed to the user.
