Initial term - Reimbursable test fee. See Section E.7.3.1. of the RFP for details. IEPA estimates 2.1 million reimbursable tests per year and a 7 year operating phase of the initial term. Therefore, for estimating purposes, IEPA estimates 14,700,000 reimbursable tests during the initial term of the contract. This is an estimate only. Vendor will be paid based on the actual number of reimbursable tests performed. Please note: B-31956 was inadvertently cancelled by mistake. This is not open for bids. It is a closed procurement.

Renewal Term - IEPA has the right to renew this contract for an additional two years. Refer to section F.1.2. of the RFP document for additional details.
