This request is to extend Contract 14-0087 for a period of three months to allow for the Tollway's new IFB contract for EMC to be completed. This extension will allow for the current EMC services (scheduled to end 12/31/2023) to continue uninterrupted and will move the end date out to 3/31/2024. This extension will increase the upper dollar limit by $300,000.00 (from $18,075,000.00 to $18,375,000.00).
