Recliner: Dimensions must be similar or close to 33.0" W x 38.5" D x 41.0" H. Material to be plush, padded rolled arms, and can be inches away from wall. Must be dark brown, dark blue or black in color. Must include lifetime warranty. Delivery to be included in the unit price. Must include install/ placement of new recliners and disposal of old recliners off site. Bidders to provide a specification sheet with their bid, to be approved by agency. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for complete description and contractor performance requirements.
