The Illinois State Police is seeking a Vendor who can provide an indefinite quantity contract of Cellebrite Products on an as need basis over the term of this contract. Brand name product is being required for the purpose of consistency and uniformity across the IL State Police. No other brand will be allowed. All quoted prices must be valid through the life of the contract. The quantities listed are estimates. The annual numbers may vary based on the needs of the agency. This will be an indefinite quantity on as needed basis. Furthermore all prices must include delivery and handling charges. No price increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to receive the lowest price. We reserve the right to reject all offers or to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement. Winning offeror will be selected based on lowest quote total. Vendors must provide their offer based on all the following specifications. The numbers listed represents the Agencies current needs and may change based on the agencies needs over the term of the contract. SEE INVITATION FOR BID DOCUMENT FOR ALL SPECIFICATIONS.
