Fabricate and install custom sized salt stockpile cover for approximately 3500 tons at the IDOT District 1 Rodenburg Maintenance Facility. The stockpile cover shall be Reinforced Polyethylene and a minimum of 6 oz per square foot.

The salt stockpile will be boxed in a large rectangle of approximate outside dimensions 140 ft by 75 ft (these dimensions include the retention area + thickness of the walls).

The box will have J-wall (3.5 ft tall) and concrete blocks (4 ft tall) on all 4 sides.

The walls will be approximately 3.5 to 4 feet tall.

It is estimated that the peak should be around 23ft high from the ground, or 19 ft above the wall height.

Please see attached diagram. The vendor is to visit the Rodenburg facility to field verify measurements prior to fabricating the stockpile cover.
