One machine is to be delivered and installed at the Chester Pharmacy, located at Chester Mental Health Center, 1315 Lehman Dr., Chester, IL 62233. The second machine is to be delivered and installed at the Choate Pharmacy, located at the Clyde L. Choate Mental Health and DD Center, located at 1000 North Main St., Anna, IL 62906.
