REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP):

The Town of Normal will receive proposals for:

Food/Concession Licensee- Uptown Station

The Town of Normal is accepting proposals from qualified businesses to license space in Uptown Station for a business-type complementary to the adjoining first-floor transportation area.

Any questions regarding this RFP must be received by Friday, January 10, 2023, at 5 p.m. prevailing time. Town responses to all such questions will be addressed via addenda.

Proposals must submit two: one bound copy and one electronic copy to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Food/Concession License
