Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, May 24, 2023, at the office of the Purchasing Agent; located in City Hall, Finance Department, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL, 61401. Proposal forms may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent, 55 W. Tompkins St., Galesburg, IL 61401 or online at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. The City will award a contract for the proposal that best meets the criteria and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg; price and other factors considered. Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations.
