The City of Elgin is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the development of a Comprehensive Sustainability, Climate Action and Resiliency Plan (CAP) that ensures all planning will be designed for equity and inclusion of all residents and plan to set an interim 2030 Science-Based Target to reach climate neutrality by 2050.
