The City of Elgin, Building Maintenance Department, Elgin, Illinois 60120, is seeking proposals from qualified firms, to provide consulting services in relation to roof surveys and condition reports including short and long term planning and budgeting for maintenance, repairs, and replacement of multiple roofs. The scope may also include the development of bid specifications for the repair and replacement of various roofs and construction management services as needed.
