The City of Aurora is requesting Professional Service Qualifications to provide Construction Management/Constructor (hereinafter referred to as “CMc”) services for improvements to RiverEdge Park in downtown Aurora. CMc services will be required during both the Design Development (working with the Structural Engineering and Architectural Design Team) and Construction phases to maximize off-season construction, aesthetics, and functionality of both the specific improvements and the overall park.

There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project.
