The City of Aurora is requesting proposals from firms with the experience, capabilities, and qualified available staff to provide services for a contract office equipment provider for Multi-Function Devices, Plotters, and a Managed Print Service. The City of Aurora intends to award a master contract designating a single source as the preferred supplier for a period of five years. The goal is to identify, evaluate and partner with a supplier(s) who:

Possess the expertise to optimize and effectively manage the City’s printers, plotters and MFD devices.

Demonstrate capability to reduce the total cost-of-ownership associated with MFDs.

Exhibit flexibility to upgrade or downgrade devices during the contract term in tandem with changing print requirements.

Consolidate or demonstrate how to bring in devices that are currently under different contracts.

Provide a secure platform for printing sensitive documents.

Increase green initiatives and provide eco-friendly print environment.

Demonstrate other value-added services.
The City is conducting a Request for Qualification with Marketplace.city.
