The City is looking to purchase street lighting materials including fixtures/luminaires, standards/poles, and bollards to be used at various projects and locations throughout Aurora. The City is willing to consider alternative materials (such as other brands) which are generally equivalent to those being requested, but any alternative must be submitted for preapproval prior to bidding. This contract will be for materials only and will not include installation.

The City encourages minority business firms to submit proposals and encourages the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.

The City of Aurora has a local preference ordinance that would apply to this contract.
