The City is looking to improve an existing 37,000 SF parking lot located at the southeast corner of Galena Blvd. and LaSalle St. The proposed improvements include curb/gutter removal replacement, asphalt pavement patching and resurfacing, and striping.

The City of Aurora has a local preference ordinance that would apply to this contract.

The City encourages minority business firms to submit proposals and encourages the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
