A non-mandatory pre-site meeting will begin at 10:00 am CST, Monday, February 20, 2023. Potential Proposers must meet at 1960 E Indian Trail Road, Aurora, IL. Site visitation of each location will follow immediately thereafter in the following order Indian Trail Medians then S Farnsworth Ave & Butterfield Rd Center Island, and E. Lake St Flower Bed.
