Proposals will be opened and read publicly in person at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 18, 2023 in the City of Aurora Engineering Conference room. This room is located on the second floor of the Development Services Center building located at 77 S. Broadway, Aurora, IL, 60505. The bid opening will also be available via live stream, the access details for which will be provided to all plan holders.
