Name: Public Works Combined Maintenance Facility New Fueling Station Installation

Location: 2100 East New York Street, Aurora, IL

Proposed Improvement: The City of Aurora is constructing a 200,000 SF (approximately) public works combined maintenance facility. The scope of services to be performed under this bid package includes the installation of a centrally-located, new vehicular fueling station consisting of four (4), 20,000-gallon UST systems, new fuel island and product dispensers, new island canopy, and all safety and environmental protection components and equipment items specified herein.

The City encourages minority business firms to submit proposals and encourages the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.

The City of Aurora has a local preference ordinance that would apply to this contract.
