To All Prospective Offerors, Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is seeking a contractor for Wilson Hall Top West Roof Repair at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL.

This acquisition is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside and as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procurement

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.

SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for May 18, 2023 at 9:00 am central time. Visitors should meet in the lobby of the West entrance at Wilson Hall at the designated time. Please be aware you will need to bring a safety harness with a D ring to access the roof access hatch. Those without a safety harness will not be allowed access

Each Offeror is considered a business visitor and is required to fill out an Access Request form no later than May 16, 2023 at:

Upon request approval, the business visitor will receive an informal invitation letter with a QR code, which you must present at the security gate. If the individual has not submitted the request, the business visitor will be denied entry. Note that onsite access will be dependent on citizenship status. If you are a Foreign National, access may be delayed or denied.

If you have a current Fermilab badge, you are not required to fill out the Access Request form.
